I wanted to thank the Author BY Name, yet could not find the Author’s Name.

You are loved just as you are.”

  2. Thank you, and Happy New Year!
God’s mighty blessings for a special anointing on (in)courage in 2026.
Thank you for all that you do to bless me and so many others.

  3. Dear DaySpring, every year you have put out a little questionare for your viewers with a ( word ) for the year. Which I look forward to! I read your articles daily. WHY no word this year? Lucy Smith

  4. Dear (in)courage) Author…….I was so happy when I read your devotion today that I cried tears of joy. Now, for me that is just something I wanted to read. I need to be new and stop throwing Pity Parties for myself. I know that God will keep making me feel stronger and I will keep following His plan for me, whatever it may be. One great thing that I know will happen is that I will be moving to a new facility that is opening sometime early this year. The facility I live in has changed managements 3 times since I have been here (2 years) and each time, rules change and not for the better and the food makes you sick when you eat it. The same thing week after week for 2 years now, but enough of that. Happy New Year to all of you from the (in)courage community and who comment too. I read them every day and your comments so I send my love to every one of you and I love the idea that Lucy Smith said in her comment. That sounds like fun and faith. Thank you, Lucy………………………..Betsy Basile

    • Betsy, I always read your comments. I am so very happy for you. After everything you’ve been through, it truly feels like answered prayers, and I’m grateful you’re finally seeing some light and forward movement. You have shown such resilience and grace through circumstances that would have worn so many people down. The fact that you’ll be moving to a new facility soon gives me so much hope for you — a fresh start, stability, and care that truly supports your well-being. You deserve contentment and peace. I’m wishing you nothing but the very best in this next chapter, and I’ll be keeping you in my prayers as this transition unfolds. Happy New Year! Jill

      • Betsy – I agree with Jill! You deserve a fresh start, new friends, peace and a healthy environment!

        Blessings!

  6. I thank God for HIS promise to provide enough. Peace. Love. Kindness. Compassion. Strength. Wisdom. Family. Friendships. .. and so much more than I could ask for HE always provides. GRATEFUL HEART.

  7. Happy New Year to everyone ❣️To all the wonderful writers who walk us through this day to day life and show such a beautiful heart. I’m so thankful for all the wonderful stories told and shared. (in)courage has helped me through so many days this year and I’m so grateful for being led here.

  8. May the NEW “2026” year be filled with many BLESSINGS!

The God of HOPE fill YOU with all JOY & PEACE…Roman 15:13.

Always know: God LOVES You & YOU belong “just as you are”….God never called us to be perfect – He calls us to be FAITHFUL!
Let your Light SHINE for Him, God BLESS!!!

  9. Thank you, Lord, for all the good you have provided for me. Thank you, especially, for your mercy and strength that enlightens and sustains me. Please forgive me any/all thoughts and temptations that attempt to turn me from you. I cannot make this new journey without you. Amen!
