Sisters, pause. Breathe. Invite God to meet you in this moment.
Life can feel overwhelming, can’t it? Maybe today you’re carrying burdens too heavy to bear, feeling unseen, unheard, or uncertain about the path ahead. But here’s the good news — God is listening. He sees you. He cares. And He invites you to bring your whole heart to Him.
Let’s pray as David did in Psalm 86. Let these words be both your cry and your confidence.
Psalm 86 (CSB)
“1 Listen, Lord, and answer me,
for I am poor and needy.
2 Protect my life, for I am faithful.
You are my God; save your servant who trusts in you.
3 Be gracious to me, Lord,
for I call to you all day long.
4 Bring joy to your servant’s life,
because I appeal to you, Lord.
5 For you, Lord, are kind and ready to forgive,
abounding in faithful love to all who call on you.
6 Lord, hear my prayer;
listen to my cries for mercy.
7 I call on you in the day of my distress,
for you will answer me.
8 Lord, there is no one like you among the gods,
and there are no works like yours.
9 All the nations you have made
will come and bow down before you, Lord,
and will honor your name.
10 For you are great and perform wonders;
you alone are God.
11 Teach me your way, Lord,
and I will live by your truth.
Give me an undivided mind to fear your name.
12 I will praise you with all my heart, Lord my God,
and will honor your name forever.
13 For your faithful love for me is great,
and you rescue my life from the depths of Sheol.
14 God, arrogant people have attacked me;
a gang of ruthless men intends to kill me.
They do not let you guide them.
15 But you, Lord, are a compassionate and gracious God,
slow to anger and abounding in faithful love and truth.
16 Turn to me and be gracious to me.
Give your strength to your servant;
save the son of your female servant.
17 Show me a sign of your goodness;
my enemies will see and be put to shame
because you, Lord, have helped and comforted me.”

Let’s pray together. Leave your prayer request, and as you do, take a moment to pray for someone else’s request. Let’s lift each other up and trust that the God who hears will also answer.
“Teach me your way Lord and I will live by your truth “ stands out to me. There is so much in this world that is just so wrong.
Please pray for the safety of my Grandson Ian who is serving in the Navy. God bless you all! Thank you.
Kathy,
Father God please protect Ian who is in Navy. Keep your servant safe & bring Him home to family. Watch over Him & his co workers. Bring peace to Kathy his mom. Help her to trust in you with her whole heart. AMEN
Blessings 🙂
In Courage,
These verses speak to me: Teach me your way, Lord, and I will live by your truth. Give me an undivided mind to fear your name.
I will praise you with all my heart, Lord my God, and will honor your name forever. For your faithful love for me is great,
and you rescue my life from the depths of Sheol.
I want to know God’s will & ways for my life. Need an undivided mind to fear, trust & praise God always. He is faithful & great
A friend of a friend is dealing with dad’s dementia, diabetes, working full time & has a college age daughter. She is super stressed & needs peace & calm in her life.
Pray for President that he will make wise Godly decisions for our country. He can bring a sense of peace & calm to us again by shutting down the border wall. God please give Trump a discerning mind to know your will for His life & our great country!
Blessings 🙂
Thanks for sharing! The highlighted/bold verses stuck on to me, but also I think psalm 86:3, because of the word gracious. I think we all need grace in life and it can be something that is close to our heart.
