Because of the Lord’s faithful love we do not perish, for his mercies never end. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness!
Lamentations 3:21-23 (CSB)
You made it to the end of the year. Because of God’s faithful love, you were not overcome. You did not perish. Today is the last day of this year, and tomorrow ushers in a whole new one along with God’s faithfulness to see us through it all.
No matter what you’ve faced this year, tomorrow is full of new mercies. Because of God’s grace and forgiveness, we are offered a new heart and a new spirit (Ezekiel 36:26-27). When we accept the gift of new life in Christ, God promises to give us a heart that is once again soft and a spirit that is open to His guiding.
As we close out this year, reflecting on all that has happened in the past 365 days, all the ways we’ve grown and struggled and loved and learned, let’s remember that a new day is coming. God will give us a new heart — as well as a new year.
Happy last day of 2022, friends. May your heart feel renewed, refreshed, and ready to welcome 2023.

This message is one I needed to hear! It is one I want to share with everyone. 2022 had some wonderful experiences, but there came necessary spiritual growth which was, at times, painfuj. Now with this statement of faith and hope I am encouraged and I’m open to receive God’s new mercies. Thank you and a blessed New Year to all.

I so wish to have hope for 2023, I only see it getting worse. My broken family is insurmountable.Past sin has reeked havoc on us. I think Satan has used it to destroy what was good. Please pray for my family’s brokenness

In Courage,
For my hubby 2022 was a bad year from the start. His job keeps getting more stressful each time he goes in. On the other hand I started out 2022 super happy with a benefitted new just.for.me job. Then it changed (Covid went away some). It changed 2 more times-the last was not one I wanted. This fall has been hard on me. Learning a new job with little to no guidance. Feeling like a ship in a storm with no rudders. That has changed some. Now with a new year coming I have a new attitude!
I am kicking the devil to the curb! He isn’t going to steal my joy anymore! God gives us new mercies each day. He forgives our mishaps & loves us lavishly!
Have a blessed New year’s eve everyone!!
Blessings 🙂
