  1. This conversation just happened to me yesterday and I just sat silent around the table as I had nothing to add and no interest especially when they said “just get through the first episode cause it’s disturbing and then it gets better”. The Chosen was the best binge watch I’ve seen and it was encouraging to share with others too. Why is it so hard to share why my faith is so important to me what I am learning. Being a disciple for Christ is not easy… if I could just get through the first few episodes- I might get more courageous. Thank you for your post!!!

    • Jody, Right here, right now, I’m asking God to impart the courage to you your heart desires <3. I think you're right...once we begin a practice of sharing our faith, it gets easier :).

  2. Thank YOU for the reminder. Yes, I release all in HIS care and I comfort in knowing HE has my children, our grands in his arms of care. Yes we are blessed with HIS care, blessings and mercies. YES I too wonder why we sometimes hedge our good news of Christ for the trivial at times. God help me be stronger and stand for HIS blessings.

    • Carmen,

“God help me be stronger” is something I’ve often prayed, and I’m beginning to ask the Lord to help me rest in His strength rather than build my own. Thank you so much for reading and taking time to comment :).

    • Becky,

Isn’t it a gift when the Holy Spirit convicts but we don’t allow the enemy to condemn? “Hope” is one of my favorite words xoxo. 🙂

  3. This was a beautiful reminder Robin, thank-you for sharing with us.
    Blessings to all.

  4. Robin.

The pandemic didn’t change my life much. I did have a little more time on my hands not going to church 2-3 times a week. I used that time to binge watch preacher Steven Furtick & Elevation church. I’m loving it so much I even post snippets of it on Face book. Used my time to work on Bible studies, read devotions, & try new recipes. I was determined to keep hope in my home even while hubby was furloughed from work for about 6 weeks. Now I find myself posting snippets of God on Face Book. Never thought I could simply go & give my testimony. By doing this, expressing my thanks to God & leaving snippets of what God has done for me I feel like I’m telling my story my way. Great post. Loads of wisdom! The Holy Spirit has ways of convicting us as to what we need to be doing.

    Blessings 🙂
