They set out from Succoth and camped at Etham on the edge of the wilderness. The Lord went ahead of them in a pillar of cloud to lead them on their way during the day and in a pillar of fire to give them light at night, so that they could travel day or night. The pillar of cloud by day and the pillar of fire by night never left its place in front of the people.
Exodus 13:20-22 (CSB)
The phrase “unprecedented times” seems irrelevant to say now. We all know we’re walking in the depths of uncertainty on a daily basis. We feel it in our bones, and we are weary on a different level. And yet, there are also some of us who are starting to dream again, envisioning what the future will hold and how we can get there. Hope and fear, anxiety and joy mingle together, and we cannot go back to what once was. We can only move forward together.
Perhaps that’s how the Israelites felt as God delivered them from Egypt and led them toward the wilderness. All they had was His presence to lead them by day and by night. They had to keep going forward even when they couldn’t see a way through, but God’s presence was always with them — protecting them, providing for them, and redeeming them.
And the same goes for us today. When we can’t imagine how we will survive the day, when we struggle to believe in hope, when everything seems lost, His steady hand guides us. Let’s trust that the God who split the Red Sea is able and willing to make a way through for us too.

Emmanuel, God with us. If we believe, we are never without God. He goes before us and hems us in from behind. Though it may not be by a pillar of cloud or fire, He leads us with His Spirit. I’m holding onto the comforting prophecies from old that are coming true before our very eyes and ushering toward His coming again. In this, I take hope and comfort, and I’m humbled to prepare the way by telling of His goodness.
Blessings friend,

God is with us in the good and the bad times. I don’t know we’re I found this saying. But I had to go for a woman operation. It even to this day 3 years next month it still helps me at times. It is ” Don’t worry about tomorrow God is all ready There” How true is that. I found that days before my operation. I read it the day before it. I didn’t worry one bit about my operation at all. The nurses that took me down to theatre said Dawn I never seen someone for an operation so big as you are going to have so clam. I said I not worried at all. I have so many people praying for me. Plus God with me. I knew God in that saying “Don’t worry about tomorrow God is all ready There” also helped me. As I knew God was all ready There with so many people praying for me. So I had no to fear. Today with all that is going on in our world I still have nothing to fear. We especially if saved have nothing to fear. I keep that saying close to me even today. “Don’t worry about tomorrow as God is all ready There” that is so true he will look after us. All we need to do is keep God word the Bible close to hearts by reading it everyday and praying to him. Trusting God for everything. Thank you incourage for all you do. Love Dawn Ferguson-Little xxx

In Courage,
God said we would have troubles down here, but take heart for He has overcome the world. Nothing this world can throw at us will hurt us. He keeps a hedge of protection around us just like He did Job. He is with us always. Life may be daunting with unexpected twists & turns. Remember that His mighty hand is guiding us along the pathway. Just talk with Him & see where He will lead. His ways are much better than ours.
Blessings 🙂
