For You, I am a dancer, a weaver of words, a delighter, a source of laughter and joy.
For You, I am a hand-holder, a runner, an explorer, a seeker of waterfalls, flowers, and mountains.
For You, I am a lover, a sound catcher, a coach, a giver
For You, I am a creator, an artist, a blend of all colors, a celebration
For You, I am a singer, a life-giver, a hope-filler, a light.
For You, I am salt, I am treasure, I am a princess, I am a blooming flower.
I am Your girl, I am royalty, I am Your daughter, Your own, Your treasured one, Your delight.
With You, I am a servant, I am holy, I am mighty, I am strong.
With You, I rise up, I stand on Your promises, I love, I run and do not fall.
In Your name, I know who I am, I hear Your word, Your truth, Your voice in my heart.
In Your name, I am a planter, a healer, a believer, a rescuer.
In Your presence, I praise You, I worship you, I am alive, I am alive.
With Your heart, I can see, I can feel, I can go out, I do not cower or hide.
With Your heart, I seek justice, I am Your voice for the weary, I am Your disciple, I am Your warrior
With You, I ascend, I see Your face, I hear Your voice, I see Your hands, I feel Your arms around me.
In Your presence, I sing with the angels, I bow before You, I join Your creation in praising my King.
With You, I am a poet, a beauty-creator, a shining star, a beacon of truth.
With You, I am a wife, a partner, a resting place, a sister, a friend.
In Your name, I unite with your children, darkness does not enter me, Satan does not have a foothold.
Everything I am is because of You.
I am nothing without You.
With You I can do all things–and the journey with You astounds me.
Keep me close, Father.
Send me out, and keep me Home.

Beautifully said. Thank you for sharing – I’ve read this twice, and plan on sharing it with friends! It’s a great reminder of who we are, despite what the world may say.
Jennifer Camp says
Casey, I so need the reminder that He is in me to have the courage to go and do what He calls me to do! I always need His reminder: “I am your home. You are mine.” What He sees in me is truth–those are the eyes I want to have!
