  1. The Spirit of God still moves over the dark. Amen
Thanks for pointing this out today, opening my eyes anew for this truth.

  2. What a beautiful encouragement this morning! I just wanted to read more from you! Thank you so much! Hugs and prayers ❤️

  3. What was meant for bad, turned into good, this is how the Creator works,he pushes us to expand our horizons in thoughts, words and deeds

  4. My spirit was thirsting for your words. My heart responded with a resounding “Amen” with each comment I read! The impact of your message today holds God’s truth and might.

  5. Hello and thank you for your sad story, but God was there with you. Sometimes we forget about this when it is a really heartbreaking situation. So , I have been very sick the last 3 days and your words reminded me to pray to Jesus for help. I have not seen your devotions before. I do hope we will see more from you. You seem like such a wonderful woman and I rely on (in)courage for keeping me grounded. I am 78 years old and find things seem harder to deal with than when I was in my 30’s. I send my love and prayers to you and wish you a Blessed week. We are dealing with 18 inches of snow here. The biggest snow we have had in a decade. I pray that I can somehow clean my car off I am alone and where I live, nobody is allowed to help you. Take care…………………………..Betsy Basile

    • Dear Betsy, thank you so much for taking the time to share this with me. Your words truly touched my heart I’m grateful that, even in the midst of sickness and heaviness, you were reminded to turn to Jesus. He really is near to us, especially in those moments.
I’m so encouraged by your honesty and your faith. Please know I am praying for your strength, healing, and protection as you face this snow and the challenges of being alone. May the Lord cover you with His peace and give you grace for each step, even the small ones like clearing your car.
Thank you for your love and prayers they mean more than you know. I’m honored you’re here, and this is my first devotion and yes, by God’s grace, there will be more devotions. Sending you love, warmth, and blessings for the week ahead.

  6. God has used this same scripture lately to remind me that he brings light to darkness and order from chaos!! Thank you!!

  7. Maame, thank you for sharing your story and the ‘insight to God’s love’ that it gave you. Right now, our world feels like a ‘burnt room’ full of hate and chaos. Trusting in God’s Word and finding proof of His love every day are what bring me hope. His love will prevail over all.

  8. Maame God showed me this. All we have is just material. We came into the world with nothing and we will go out with nothing. We came into the world naked and we will go out naked. All we have is just material. In the bink of and eye it can be taken away from us. Like you and part of house. We can get wrapped in what we have and when it taken away like part of your home being burnt. Especially if was special to us like we’re you fellowship with God in your part home that was burnt. You get why why did this happen to us or me. You can get all wrapped up in it and forget about God. God wouldn’t want us if things like this happen to us. To forget about him and think more of what we have lost. As it more important to thank God we are alive everyday and thank God for giving us another day too live. Not focus on what we have lost. As we came into the world with nothing and we will go out with nothing and we came into the world naked and well go out naked. If we do loose something special to us no matter how big or small it was. That we will never get back or fix as it used to be. Like you Maame and your part of house burned that was special to you as you used it to fellowship with God. You can know God will still be with you in those hard times coming to terms with what you have lost that meant so much to you. God will fill in the void of those dark times that you think you can never get over. All you have to do is Pray and trust God and stand on his promises and God will guide you to do what is best and how to help you in what your going through in theses difficult times. Giving you his peace and love like never before. Yes it’s difficult but with God you can do it. As I say Maame when you saw your favourite part of your home burnt I say it was hard for you to see. You have alot to thank God for that no one was injured or died. We can worship God anywhere. I love to get up early and start my day with God in reading my Bible and saying my prayers. Plus listening to a Christian Radio Station in the car before my Husband taking me on his tea break at the to do my Dad’s house. As just sitting in car listening to UCB United Christian Broadcasters Radio that you get in the UK. As it helps me be calm before going to my Dad’s with the Christian music and teaching. That I go to my Dad’s with the love of God and knowing God is with me giving me the strength to do my Dad’s. As my Dad has dementia and can be ok today and not the next day. So you take one day at a time with him. I have more patience and am more calm with my Dad especially if in mood. That is my way and favourite time to praise God before going to do his house. • Hello Dawn, thank you so much for sharing this it truly touched my heart You’re so right, we came with nothing and will leave with nothing, and our greatest gift is life and God’s presence with us. 9. Maame,

This hit me: The spirit of God was hovering/moving over the waters. WOW! In midst of trials & tribulations I run to God. Asking Him to be there with me. I give ALL my ashes to Him cause He will create beauty.

    Blessings 🙂
