  1. Jennifer,

Loved the 57th street corn. Jesus said “In this world you will have trouble, but take heart! for I have overcome this world.” John 16:33. Solomon wrote “To everything there is a season.” Ecclesiastes 3:1. Don’t fret realize that God has you where He wants you. He is walking this path with you.

Prayers for those in central Texas. May God send His peace, love, strength & courage.

    Blessings 🙂

  2. Like the plant, our slow growth can bring hope to someone else. Never thought of it like that before. I’m grateful, as always, for your #GrowingSlow message, Jennifer!

  3. I love the thought, “You’re not stuck. You’re planted.”
Planting shows purpose. Although we may not like it, God has planted us in this place for a reason – or a season. If we can remember that and and be open to how he wants to use us in this uncomfortable place, we will end up growing in the process.

  4. Wow, did I need to hear this today! My 40 year-old son is living in the basement right now. He’s in the process of a divorce with four children to support. My daughter-in-law, his wife is bipolar and is very difficult to deliver from day one. They’ve been married for 10 years and have trouble from day one I’ve always talked to him out of divorce, but I can see it’s wearing on him and the children. I never thought I would be in this situation as I am also attacked by her verbally. I do feel like that corn stuck in cement sometimes. Please pray for wisdom and guidance for me my husband and my son.
