  1. Amen! Thanks for sharing your hard won truth from the trenches! Keep keeping your focus on Jesus & blessing us as He blesses you!

  2. Thank you for being so candid about your personal suffering. You write of immense loss. I, too, have been in a place of dread and find comfort in His creation and looking for His love showing up in unexpected ways. You’re story is such a deep encouragement.

  3. Kristin, thank you for sharing this beautiful piece and for sharing wisdom from such great sorrow. Your words, “We follow where Jesus leads, not where dread leads,” ministered to me. How powerful. Thank you!

  4. Dread is what I’ve been going through with my broken family during the holidays. Dread for what’s down the road, dread in the future getting worse, dread loosing it all. Pray that healing will occur for us & better days are ahead instead of dread

  5. Our father who Art in Heaven….Amen

  6. Kristen,

Thank you for being so vulnerable. The only way out of hard sometimes dreadful situations is to follow Jesus’ lead. We must stay connected to Jesus. Fixing our eyes on Him alone & walking where He leads us. Great ideas for overcoming dread.

    Blessings 🙂
