  1. oh, I can just imagine it all!!! I’m missing Christmas something fierce this year, so seeing all the Christmas stuff is extra emotional for me…

  2. Lisa,
What pretty pictures! I also love white lights with a cozy blanket and cocoa. Or hot tea. 🙂
Maureen, I’ll be praying that His presence fills you to bursting! I live in Hawaii where the warm weather alone makes it harder to get into the Christmas spirit, let alone living where you do!

  3. I love your pretty decorations.
My favorites are the nativity scene, my quilted tree skirt and crocheted stocking made by my grandmother, and the handprints of each child that I make each year.
The handprints make me suck in my breath every time I look at them. Were my 21, 18 and 7 year old ever so small? We make them for 16 years. That’s when the oldest two decided their hands had stopped growing and enough was enough. 😉 My youngest still has 9 more years to go!

  4. This Christmas is the first I’ve actually managed to decorate a little, and I do mean a little. I’ve been blogging about it this week though.
I made a fabric wreath for the mantle, made an advent calendar, put up the tree and put the nativity scenes out. (One on our mantle and one child proof one that is nestled under the tree when my boys aren’t busy playing with it.)

  5. Lisa, you are so good at adding loveliness to our lives! Thank you for giving us this beautiful glimpse of what Christmas looks like through your eyes.

  6. I try to do something a little different each year. This year we are all about the snow man. We have white and blue decorations and snow man table cloths. It’s fun.

  7. Electric candles in the window! No matter what else I am doing, those must be. They lend a warm, contemplative look and make the house look quite inviting, I think. As we move around the house, even in the wee hours, there is light. A light in the darkness…..

  8. It’s actually ɑ cool ɑոd helpful piece оff infօrmation.

I ɑm satisfied tɦat you shared tɦіs helpful іnformation witɦ us.
